General Conditions of Sale (CGV)

1. Scope:

These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the LartDeSAM website, accessible at the address https://lartdesam.store/. By placing an order on this site, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted without reservation these general conditions of sale.

2. Products:

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, errors or omissions may remain, particularly with regard to photographs and product descriptions. LartDeSAM cannot be held responsible for such errors or omissions.

3. Price:

The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. LartDeSAM reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of validation of the order.

4. Orders:

The customer can place an order on the LartDeSAM website. The order will only be definitively validated after acceptance of payment by LartDeSAM. LartDeSAM reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons.

5. Payment:

Payment for products is made online by credit card or any other means of payment accepted by LartDeSAM. Payments are secure and encrypted.

6. Delivery:

The products ordered are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are indicated on the LartDeSAM website and may vary depending on the delivery location and product availability. LartDeSAM cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal:

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. The products must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Warranty:

The products sold by LartDeSAM are subject to the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of hidden defects, in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

9. Responsibility:

LartDeSAM cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of products sold on its website.

10. Disputes:

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts.
